Cookie Policy
What cookies and similar technologies this website uses, why, and how to control them.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser when you visit a website. We also use similar technologies such as local storage where it serves the same purpose.
This policy explains what we use, why, and how you can control it.
2. Strictly necessary cookies
These are required for the website and client portal to function and cannot be disabled through a preference setting.
cyntra_session — maintains your authenticated client portal session. Expires after 30 days or on logout.
cyntra_cart — remembers items in your cart between visits. Expires after 30 days.
cyntra_csrf — protects form submissions against cross-site request forgery. Session only.
cyntra_consent — records your cookie preferences so we do not ask repeatedly. Expires after 12 months.
3. Analytics cookies
Where you consent, we use analytics to understand which pages are useful and where visitors encounter difficulty. Analytics data is aggregated and used to improve the site.
These cookies are not set until you consent, and you may withdraw consent at any time through the cookie preferences link in the site footer.
4. Third-party cookies
Stripe sets cookies during checkout to process payment securely and detect fraud. These are necessary to complete a transaction and are governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.
Cloudflare may set cookies for security and bot mitigation purposes as part of protecting this site.
We do not use advertising, retargeting or social media tracking cookies on this website.
5. Controlling cookies
Use the cookie preferences link in the site footer to change your analytics consent at any time.
Your browser settings also allow you to block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent the client portal, cart and checkout from working correctly.
We honour Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where your browser sends them.
6. Changes
Where we introduce new cookies we update this policy and, where consent is required, seek it before setting them. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
This policy forms part of the contractual arrangement between you and Cyntra Technologies LLC, a company registered in Kentucky, United States. Questions may be directed to [email protected] or to 212 N 2nd St, Ste 100, Richmond, KY 40475.
