Software License Policy

Licence terms for Cyntra software products, including subscription access, one-time licences and source-code delivery.

1. Scope

This policy governs Cyntra software products — including Pipeline CRM, Billing Suite, Booking Engine, Client Portal, Analytics Studio, Assist, Workflow Engine, Admin Starter Kit and other products listed in our software catalog.

It does not govern custom software built specifically for you under an engagement, which is covered by the Service Agreement Policy.

2. Subscription licences

A subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the product for your internal business purposes for the duration of the paid period, subject to the user or usage limits of your plan.

Rights end when the subscription ends. On termination we provide a data export in a documented format on request, retained and available for 30 days after termination.

3. One-time licences

A one-time licence grants a perpetual, non-exclusive right to use the product within one organisation, including deployment into your own infrastructure, without user limits unless stated.

A one-time licence includes 12 months of updates. Continued updates thereafter require a maintenance plan. The licence itself does not expire.

4. Source code

Where source code is included — expressly stated at purchase, as with Admin Starter Kit — you may read, modify and deploy it for your own internal business purposes.

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or offer the software or a derivative of it as a competing product or service to third parties.

Modifications you make are yours; the underlying licensed code remains ours.

5. Restrictions

You may not remove or obscure copyright or attribution notices; reverse engineer to build a competing product; share access credentials outside your organisation; exceed your licensed user or usage limits; or use the software to provide a substantially similar service to third parties without a written reseller agreement.

6. Support and updates

Subscriptions include updates, security patches and support as described in the plan.

One-time licences include 12 months of updates and onboarding documentation. Ongoing support requires a Technical Support Package or maintenance plan.

Security patches for supported versions are provided to all licence holders regardless of maintenance status where a vulnerability is material.

7. Third-party components

Our products include open-source components under their own licences. A complete component and licence list is provided with delivery documentation, and those licences govern those components.

8. Your data

You retain all rights in data you enter into or generate through our products. We claim no ownership over it and do not use it to train models or for any purpose beyond providing the service to you.

Where a product is Cyntra-hosted, data handling is governed by the Privacy Policy and any data processing agreement in place.

9. Termination for breach

We may terminate a licence for material breach uncured 15 business days after written notice, including redistribution, exceeding limits, or use to build a competing product. On termination you must cease use and delete deployed copies.

This policy forms part of the contractual arrangement between you and Cyntra Technologies LLC, a company registered in Kentucky, United States. Questions may be directed to [email protected] or to 212 N 2nd St, Ste 100, Richmond, KY 40475.
